AF Rounds is our offline rounds and compliance app, made for the people who walk buildings. Sites, buildings and drawn floor plans with every asset pinned where it is; a planner that turns each asset's chosen frequency into a year of due dates; rounds that walk the plan point by point and record ticks, temperatures and meter readings; faults raised where they are found; a compliance calendar with the counts behind every traffic light; and reports that copy out as clean text.
The app is not on the stores yet. Store links will appear here when it is published.

The plan is the index
Sites, buildings, floors and zones drawn on a grid, with every asset pinned where it is. A round walks the plan in the order you set, and a fault is a pin. Finding anything is a tap on a floor.

The frequencies are yours
The app offers typical intervals per asset type and says so; you choose. Due dates, tolerance windows and overdue states follow from your choice, and every planner screen carries the line about your building's regime.

The numbers are shown
A green building means nothing overdue and nothing due soon, and the screen prints the counts beside it. Readings become drawn trends, and anything flagged is flagged by a rule the app prints next to the flag.

AF Rounds
What it collects
AF Rounds is an offline tool for keeping building records. It does not connect to the internet, it does not collect any data about you, and it contains no advertising and no purchases. Your sites are files on this phone. Copy them out with the Reports page or the Files app; delete them with the Erase button. Nothing is stored anywhere else. Typical intervals shown in the app are not legal advice; your building's regime and the regulations apply.

The app is a separate piece of work from the services on this site. It is a record-keeping tool, it claims no compliance, and it sells nothing.
AF Rounds — Privacy Policy
AF Rounds is an offline tool for keeping building records. It does not connect to the internet, it does not collect, store or share any data about you, and it contains no advertising, no purchases and no third-party software of any kind.
The only data the app holds is what you enter yourself: your sites, buildings, floor plans, assets, rounds, faults, readings, cleaning records, contacts and settings. It is stored as files on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Anything you copy to the clipboard with the COPY button, or save to a file with SAVE .TXT, SAVE .CSV or EXPORT SITE FILE, leaves the app only by your own action. Where it goes after that is up to you.
You can delete all of it at any time with the “Erase everything” button in Settings, or by uninstalling the app.
The app requests no permissions.
