What the site is

This site describes services and invites enquiries. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or advice you should act on without speaking to us first.

Prices, scopes, frequencies and priorities are agreed in writing for each building. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.

The compliance pages

The compliance material on this site is general information about what is commonly checked in a building and how often. It is not legal advice, it states no legal requirement, and it is not a substitute for your own risk assessments and the regime that applies to your building.

Frequencies shown are typical intervals, not obligations. Your building's regime and the regulations apply, and where the two differ, the regime that applies to your building governs.

Accuracy

The content is prepared carefully and kept current, and deliberately omits any claim the company cannot evidence. Even so, it may contain errors or become out of date, and it is provided without warranty of any kind.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige the company to take the work. Please do not send confidential material through the form; send the outline and we will agree how to exchange the rest.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the company is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
