This page is a description of common practice, not a statement of law and not advice. It names no regulation and states no legal requirement, because the regime that applies to your building depends on the building, its use, its systems and its risk assessment. What Aintrees holds is the frequency agreed with you, and the report shows whether it was met.

Compliance
What we arrange rather than carry out
Gas servicing, lift examinations, electrical inspection and testing and similar work are carried out by certified or competent third parties. We book them, attend where access is needed, check that the certificate matches the asset, and file it against the register so that it can be found a year later without a search.
Accreditations
None are named on this site. Aintrees does not print an accreditation logo, a scheme number or a membership until the certificate is in hand and current, so this section stays empty rather than decorative. Ask with any enquiry and the current certificates will be sent with the quote.
